Your tools at Fanatic Games
When we add you to a project, our system gives you access to four places at once. You will receive separate e-mails from Monday, Box and Miro within a few minutes — they are all legitimate and they all belong to the same project.
The one rule: register and sign in to every tool with the same e-mail address we invited — the one you gave us when you joined. Tools match people by e-mail; a different address means you will not see the project.
Monday
Your task board: assets, steps, statuses, deadlines, feedback. This is where work is assigned, submitted and approved. Guide →
Box
Project files. You get the project's Workspace folder: references and resources from the supervisor, and your working folders for each asset. Guide →
Miro
The visual brief: references, mood boards, marked-up feedback. Read and comment there; files do not go there. Guide →
Discord
Daily communication with the supervisor and the team. A private project channel appears in our server once you are on the project. Guide →
What to do right after the invitation
- Monday — accept the invitation e-mail, sign in with the same e-mail. You are a guest on the project board only.
- Box — accept the collaboration e-mail; a free Box account is enough.
- Miro — accept the invitation; you join the board as a guest with comment rights.
- Discord — open our server; the project channel is already visible to you.
If one of the four did not arrive within an hour, write to your supervisor on Discord — do not create new accounts with other e-mails.
Who is who
- Supervisor — your lead artist: briefs, feedback, approval of your work. Your first contact for everything.
- Producer — planning, deadlines, invoicing questions.
When the project ends
Access is removed automatically: you leave the project board, the Workspace folder, the Miro board and the project channel. Your Discord account and your place in our artist database stay — we will call you again.
